As with everything at LiteBlue, we are open and clear about how much support will cost. Our charges are set out below:-

Support Charges

£69.00 per hour incl. VAT. We charge by the minute so you are only charged for the amount of support you receive. If you are a LiteBlue One account user you can purchase support by the hour, Pay-As-You-Go customers are charged at the end of the session.

Call Charges

It is free from within the UK to contact our engineers once you have either logged in or completed the payment process, so you can be sure that you are only paying for the support you receive.

If you choose LiteBlue One you can top-up your support as and when you need to. We will inform you when your credit is getting low so you can ensure that support is always available when your team needs it.
