How We Work
We have taken the concept of instant support and designed a service that takes away the irritations normally associated with it. We don’t have lengthy telephone menus and you will not be put through to someone who cannot understand you or who hasn’t the ability to deal with your problem. We aim to build long term relationships with our clients by giving them the choice of who they speak to and when.

The process is simple:-
LiteBlue One
- Select Sign Up menu then follow the Sign Up link under LiteBlue One. You can also access this link from the Home page.
- Create a new membership account by filling out the online form and selecting the number of hours support you would like to add to your account(minimum 1 hour).
- Read and agree to terms and conditions.
- Provide credit card payment.
- Follow the link and choose an engineer to initiate a support session. Give them a call or click on them to initiate a chat session. If a remote control session is needed the engineer will talk you through the process. If your engineer of choice is not available, click on their button to send them a message; you can arrange a call back at a time convenient for you.
LiteBlue Pay-As-You-Go
- Select Sign Up menu then follow the Sign Up link under Pay-As-You-Go. You can also access this linkfrom the Home page.
- Create a new membership account by filling out the online form.
- Read and agree to terms and conditions.
- Follow the link and choose anengineer to initiate a support session. Give them a call or click on them to initiate a chat session. If a remote control session is needed the engineer will talk you through the process. Your chosen engineer will take credit card details for authorisation before the session and will charge the correct amount at the end of the session. If your engineer of choice is not available, click on their button to send them a message; you can arrange a call back at a time convenient for you.
